Our dress code is cocktail/formal attire. The ceremony will be partially outdoors and in the sun, so please plan accordingly for warmer temperatures during the day.

Dinner and dancing will also take place outdoors, and evenings in the Santa Cruz Mountains can cool down, so we recommend bringing a layer or jacket. If you get chilly, there will be a cozy indoor fireplace available to warm up by!

While we’d love to celebrate with your little ones, our wedding is for adults only with limited exceptions for immediate family. If you absolutely need to bring your kid(s), please reach out to us directly to inquire.

We would love for you to capture and share memories from our wedding! We have professional photographers capturing all of the special moments, so we kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony itself and be fully present with us as we say our vows.

After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like and enjoy celebrating with us!

The wedding (ceremony + reception) will be held at Kennolyn Hilltop Hacienda.

The venue is approximately:

• 20 minutes from Santa Cruz

• 45–60 minutes from San Jose

• 1.5 hours from San Francisco (depending on traffic)

The final stretch of the drive is on a winding mountain road, so please take your time and drive carefully. As you turn onto Hacienda Lane, look for a sign with Van Dinh & Wszalek to guide you to the venue. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony so you can enjoy the beautiful property, say hello to friends and family, and get settled before everything begins.

We're currently finalizing transportation plans. Shuttle details, including pickup locations and times, will be shared here as soon as they're confirmed.

Yes, you can drive, but please allow for ample time as the roads will be windy. Complimentary parking is on-site at the venue.

If you choose to drive, you're welcome to leave your car overnight at Kennolyn Hilltop Hacienda. Vehicles may be picked up the following day between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, so you can enjoy the celebration without worrying about driving home that evening.
